hope and faith

Just coming out from a 50' job interview with Dupont. First I've been found by a headhunter in London through my LinkedIN profile, then, after few telephone calls with him (nice and proactive guy) I had my CV sent to Dupont personell department.
The DSS division counts 170 permanent employees and about 180 freelance consultants assigned to different projects in EMEA countries as well Africa and GCC. First business is safety, but environment, energy efficiency and sustainability are growing faster . The business model is that the company runs the area manager, the project manager as well administration and training, then there is a pool of expert that can play the project as a flexible team. They are being sent to the project partner and final clients to do specific tasks and works, each carrying his expertise and professional skills. All stuff are under the umbrella of the company, speaking about personal duties and insurance coverage. The only, small, disadvantage is being a freelance. It means that they might need you three months a year, instead full time. By the time being I don't care about this disadvantage, I wish to take up whatever it comes, then we will see. Big company with international links and project, something culturally far from the beggars of this country, is challenging and motivating.
Headquarters are in Genève, that could be a nice thing, 3h train from here, among mountains and international city. I'm looking forward to being shortlisted for the second interviews' tournament.
